i just dumped all the pictures we have taken over the summer in order to have the camera free and clear for our trip home. since they were already on the desktop and i haven't posted in FOREVER, i thought i would go ahead and put them up. enjoy : ) oh, and they are in reverse chronological order, so as caedmon would say, "keep that in mind".

She LOVES to build with blocks right now. i keep thinking maybe she's going to grow up to be an engineer like her daddy, seeing as she is already so much like him in so many other ways.

this is what Addi did basically the entire day of the 4th of July. she hated the fireworks!

we watched fireworks over the lake at Bradley Fair here in Wichita, and this is us just as the show is about the start. again, you can see how much Addi was enjoying it : )

Caedmon loves the water! He has spent almost all summer at the pool and can now do hand stands, three summer saults in a row, and dive for things under water. and he's had the swimmer's ear and infection to prove it : )

Addi just enjoyed hanging out on the beach mostly (my girl!) and playing in the sand,

that is after she got over her initial aversion to it! such a little princess!!!

oh, on a funny note, anything she sees right now that she can't identify is "poop!", and she makes the same kind of disgusted reaction to it as you see above!

this is the kids at the hotel Mel put us up in when we went to Arkansas to visit. they are really great travelers, which reminds me...
